  Ive heard it's a job requirement to be absolutely miserable if you're going to be any sort of medical receptionist. But these women at the sewell office have really set the bar high. I've been sitting in the waiting room 30 min past my appoitment time just listening to the two of them gossip about other clients that have called and boy am I bored! I think it would be less painful to give myself the root canal at this point.

  This office has three locations. I have spoken to the Sewel and Vineland locations and will not be a patient based off of their phone edicate. I called once a few months back and called again recently, speaking to different women each time and they are not accommodating nor do they make you feel welcome. I called asking if they could get me in sooner due to an infection and the receptionist actually told me that you can not get sick from a tooth infection.... And proceeded to argue with me about it. I used to be a dental assistant, if you have an abscess tooth, that is an infection! And if an infection is left untreated it can cause issues throughout the body. Lost major crediblility points.
